With a combined total of almost 40 years in the industry between them our installations and service managers will help and guide you through the process of seeing your dream kitchen come to reality. Once your paperwork is received in the office you will be contacted so that a full and thorough technical survey can be arranged, if necessary, a visit by our in-house builder can be arranged at the same time.You will also at that stage have a contact number for our installations and service team and they will be happy to answer any questions that you might raise regarding the process that we are undertaking. Copies of the survey and any building reports are then sent to you when a date for installation is set giving you full details as to how the made to measure lay out will look. Our fitters are of the highest quality and are qualified to the necessary levels regarding gas and electrical installations and work to the Vanity Kitchens ethic whereby our customers and their homes are treated with the greatest respect. During the time that the installation is actually in progress we endeavour to speak to our customers, to ensure that they are happy, on a daily basis. Once the installation is completed a further call out visit will be made to ensure customer satisfaction and underline our "after-sales" process. Should any faults be found or any problems occur in the weeks or months following we honour our guarantees by providing remedial services that continue the "peace of mind" service that all of us at Vanity Kitchens strive to provide. |
